Terms and Conditions

I agree to the following terms and conditions for my use of Go Play and Party facility, particularly during staff-less hours:

Simple Rules: I agree to follow the most basic rules = No shoes, no food and no drinks beyond the fence.

Piggybacking: The door has a sensor that tracks the number of people that come into the facility. I agree not to allow others to enter the facility when I do. If I do, I understand footage will be reviewed and Go Play has the right to revoke your punch card immediately.

Respect and Conduct: I agree to treat Go Play and Party, and other members with respect at all times, particularly during staff-less hours. I will follow all facility rules and regulations to maintain a positive and safe environment.

Surveillance and Property: I understand that the facility is under constant surveillance for security purposes. I will not engage in stealing, damaging, or vandalizing any property. I acknowledge that any such actions will result in immediate termination of my access and legal consequences.

Responsibility and Trust: I understand that the privilege of being trusted to use the facility during after-hours is a significant responsibility. I will respect this trust and ensure that my conduct reflects the facility's standards.

Cleanliness: I agree to keep Go Play tidy during extended membership hours and ensure that the facility is left in good condition. This includes throwing away your trash, wiping down anything sticky on the table, etc. We're not asking you to clean up toys after your kid in the play area, but if there are toys everywhere it would be desired that you ask your kiddo to clean up a little bit so that it's enjoyable for other guests. We do have all cleaning supplies at the member cleaning station to help until the night cleaner comes in.
